With some days gone past, we haven't posted news yet. Things are moving forward...
We started farming. There is almost no space for crops yet, but since we are unable to make proper meals, growing and gaining skills in farming is a good place to start while providing food. It seems pumpkin, corn and onion all add quite a bit of nutrition and weight to our casseroles. Maybe I will try these in meals, once we have a steady supply of meat.
Between all the hard work, Meerkatjie's natural spirit for travelling and exploring hit us. We decided to go see Guru Bears Crater. Unfortunately, we did not make it there, but it took two days to come back. We were not prepared well enough. Food shortage, spiders and generally unfriendly terrain made it extremely difficult. We got hurt, bad, repeatedly. Running, was just not good enough without shedding load by dumping inventory along the road.
There are no pictures of this, but some of the things we have seen. Beautiful, yes.
We came back, and continued work on the crop field. It is going to be perfect, albeit slightly small.
